Delivery
- Free UK delivery on all orders.
- Orders are dispatched from the UK the same or next working day, depending on when you order.
- Standard delivery typically takes 2–4 working days, depending on your location.
- Delivery times are estimates. If your order hasn't arrived when expected, please contact us with your order number.
Returns
- You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
- Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them and in the original packaging, with proof of purchase.
- To start a return, email sales@parcelshelfdirect.co.uk. Please contact us before sending anything back, as items returned without a return request can't be accepted. We'll send you instructions and the return address.
Wrong fit?
If the parcel shelf doesn't fit your vehicle, get in touch before returning it. We'll check your vehicle details and help you get the right one.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please check your order when it arrives and contact us straight away if it's damaged, defective or not what you ordered, so we can put it right.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 7 working days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
